1. About RCSOIS

RCSOIS is a digital school management platform designed to help educational institutions manage school operations, including students, teachers, attendance, examinations, fees, communication, academic records, and other administrative activities.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
  • Not sharing your account with unauthorized persons.
  • Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access.

RCSOIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

3. School Accounts

Schools and authorized administrators are responsible for managing users within their organization.

School administrators are responsible for:

  • Creating appropriate user accounts.
  • Assigning suitable user roles and permissions.
  • Ensuring staff access is appropriate.
  • Removing access when a staff member leaves the institution.
  • Ensuring information entered into the system is accurate and lawful.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use RCSOIS only for legitimate educational and administrative purposes.

Users must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.
  • Access information they are not authorized to view.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform.
  • Use the system for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute RCSOIS software without authorization.
  • Abuse system resources or security features.

5. School Data

Schools remain responsible for the data they enter into RCSOIS.

Schools should ensure that they have the necessary authority, consent, or legal basis to collect and process personal information belonging to students, parents, teachers, and other individuals.

RCSOIS may process such information solely as necessary to provide and maintain the services.

6. Fees and Subscription Plans

Certain RCSOIS features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods, available features, and usage limits will be displayed on the applicable pricing or subscription page.

RCSOIS reserves the right to change subscription prices or plans. Where appropriate, users will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By making a payment, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

8. Service Availability

RCSOIS is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, RCSOIS shall not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to protect their account credentials, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or inaccurate information supplied by users.

Schools remain responsible for verifying important academic, financial, and administrative information entered into the platform.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Security concerns
  • Non-payment of applicable subscription fees
  • Misuse of the platform

Where reasonably possible, users may be notified before termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

RCSOIS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
